Our Holy Week Prayer Room will again be open from 1pm Sunday 24th March to 11pm Saturday 30th March. You can sign up for 1 hour slots to pray at 24-7 Prayer International – Sign-Up and you can of course book for more than i hour at a time. People often say after their first visit that an hour is not long enough!

Perhaps the thought of praying for a whole hour sounds really intimidating! That kind of devotion is only for those prayer warriors we all know, not for the likes of me, but the prayer room is for everyone. We are so lucky to have a lovely cosy room with couches, and a fire. We fill it with candles, soft lighting and various activites to help you pray. These can be quite surprising to some as they could include colouring in, using a map to pray for your local area, listening to music, washing away sins you have written on your hands, writing scripture on our blackboard wall or simply reading the Bible. The room becomes a sacred space with a peaceful ambiance where you can switch off the distractions and demands of your day and be still.
